We recommend completing a scope of work during your visit to the property.

Please visit the property and examine the exterior of the property before you submit a request to view the interior.

A scope of work is required with an application. A scope of work documents the current condition of the property, what repairs you will make to the property and how much you think each repair will cost. Feel free to bring your contractor, knowledgeable friends or family or whomever you need along with you to the property visit.

You are allowed to submit up to 2 property inquiries per 7 day period.
